About Us... GDC, LLC leases their own furnished and unfurnished
condos, houses, and townhouses. Lease terms are custom
fitted to handle the needs of the individual. Bower
gave an example of some clients that he has handled,
ranging from rural highline farmers looking to maybe
move here for the winter, to executives &
professionals who are looking for a all
inclusive,nicely furnished unit. GDC is owned and
operated by Joe Bower and Laurie Ugrin, who have 21
years of rental property management experience. Bower
said that this rental option allows individuals to
make informed decisions on the location they
eventually will reside in. Bower mentioned that he
even gets calls from European travelors who want to
take advantage of the Euro and Pound buying power.
Units range in size from 2300 to 1100sq ft. Other
options include short term leases on furnished sites,
with cable, Internet and utilities inclusive, to
longer term leases on unfurnished sites.
