About Us... Jeanene Tjaden has been in the delivery transportation and pick up business since 1985. Working with the public has brought extensive experience in the different needs that is required for certain customers. She has worked for FEDEX Express for 20 years. Leaving FEDEX Express in March of 2007 was not anticipated due to family emergencies that required extensive travel for a long duration of time. Starting Pick Point Parcel & Delivery, LLC was a long ago dream. Now, I needed to make it happen, with the experience I have and desire to help people with their needs, this could happen. Our services are the delivery for local or extended areas. We have a FEDEX Authorized Ship Center, FASC which offers FEDEX Express and FEDEX Ground services. We will be offering USPS services in the very near future. If customers would like their packages shipped here and either pick them up later, or if problems arise, with appointment we can deliver to their requested destination. It is mainly about them the customer, not us. We treat their packages with respect, and work very hard in the long duration of valued relationships. Our hours of operation are 0730am to 530pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 0800am to 1200pm.
