Just 20 miles east of the Continental Divide atop the Rocky Mountains, Helena is the Heart of the Rockies with a mild climate, plenty of sunshine, Big Sky hospitality and plenty to do.
The area is rich in history. From the Lewis and Clark Expedition which passed through in 1805 and 1806 to 19th-century miners and land barons making their fortunes and creating a home for themselves in Helena.
Today, Helena is the state capital and a city that boasts culture, arts, entertainment, educational opportunities, outdoor recreation and a friendly atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
